I put my mp3 player's earplugs on my friend's ears today and put "drowning not waving" on his ears. And he put something on my ears what he called it was:"U2 plays Joydivision" and I said well:"MBO is Beatles plays Pink Floyd" and then we had the idea... What would it sound like if U2 that plays Joydivision would play Beatles that play Pink Floyd? Ok, I know that is genresemitism and I hate it.
Have you noticed that people nowadays don't "just listen to music" they "listen to genres" or "listen to 50cent". What has MTV become? Was it something good when it started? Why does musicbusiness seem so corrupted like those cops on "Shield"? Is "playing in a band" over? Is this the end of the world? Why isn't there enough people asking these "crazy" questions about music that is somewhat important to me and used to be somewhat important to everybody else. Or am I just too weird to think like this when everybody at my age (24) thinks that music is only about producing money and there is no such thing as a "band" or "shredding the shit out of your instrument while having sex with princess leia". wow... I'm just bored to the situation that is called the music of the "2000", maybe 2010 will come up with new "alternative" and "fresh" ideas in music, cause I really don't believe that people want to listen to music that is only made to make money.
If there is ever again to come a band that changes everything, I'm sure to be the first one to buy the cd from them, cause I know that the money goes to "buying new bassguitars and jazzalbums from the 50's" and not "buying huge mansions to show off on mtv"
Your band rocks deep Adam! And if somebody says something else, they better be ready, cause I'm more powerful than John Rambo.

ps. "shakki" is Finnish and means "chess"
Beatles play Pink Floyd? That's funny.
Well, that's a mighty fine compliment sir, thank you.
Big love back to Finland from West Oakland CA.
