It happened in Marysville, California when four men in a stolen truck were pulled over because the pickup didn’t have mud flaps. The four men were watching the instructional video on a DVD player mounted on the dashboard at the time.
Officers then discovered about 90 pounds of marijuana in garbage bags in the back of the truck.
