Recording Diary v52
My back is rather toasted so I'm gonna make this quick. 08 - The year of declining health. Pain is fun.
We explored guitar tones for many hours via the "11" plug in for "Sodom". Recorded some guitar stuff, tried some other stuff. Deleted some stuff. Kept an additional rhythm guitar and overdubbed lead parts.
Played some odd synced keys via Reason for the chorus. Ended up using the "Maelstrom - Music Box" sound and then did a Glock overdub.
This took all day long. Lots of experimenting. This is one of the pluses of not paying for studio time...but it can also be mind numbing.
We don't wanna add any more parts until the vocals are complete. Which we should be doing soon...
I left tired.
Still that way
Goodbye.

Nice.
Now this really isn't related, but I'd like to post this.

Why it's bad: Unless if you're in a big name band or group, you can't play in Chicago.
Why it's good: Maybe Milwaukee will get more fucking shows. Not that I hate the awesome DIY/Basement shows that go on here, but I need to fill in the time between those.
